Job summary

Lumē & Mando, part of Mammoth Brands, are seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art Director in New York, NY. You will lead with concepts and craft across social, digital, packaging, in-store, and activations.

You’ll partner with the ACD Copywriter to shape ideas from scratch, collaborate with Design and Content teams, and own the visual direction from concept to delivery, ensuring brand standards remain consistent.

Qualifications

• Lead with concepts and craft across campaigns.
• Strong visual thinking and design sensibility.
• Able to articulate design rationale and fit with brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Concept original campaign ideas across social, digital, in-store, and activations.
• Art direct content and shoots with production partners to ensure craft from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Design Director on brand identity integration.
• Direct video and animation concepts for social and digital as the creative lead.
• Maintain a high standard of visual craft across all outputs.
