Responsibilities include maintaining control documents, analyzing alignment data, and leading process improvements on the shop floor. A related education background and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD tools are

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Associate/bachelor's degree or Graduate Apprentice is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required; CAD and Catia are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: take responsibility for safety and model safe behaviors.
• Project Execution & Continuous Improvement: maintain and develop Accuracy Control documents and procedures; review surveyor data and monitor alignment trends; implement process changes.
• Team Collaboration And Communication: interface with Manufacturing on out-of-tolerance conditions; support Accuracy Control on the shop floor; may work with a survey crew to monitor structural condition during unit erection.
• Quality: perform audits and ensure compliance with ship requirements, tolerances, and specifications; analyze alignment data and initiate corrective actions.
