Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Nursing or other Allied Health preferred.
• CPHQ or Quality Audits certification required or within one year of employment.
• Five years of experience in Quality Management or Accreditation.
• Five years of Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide mock tracer and other process improvement activities.
• Facilitate, initiate, provide support and education for compliance initiatives.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, DNV, CMS, TDSHS).
• Prepare, analyze and compile statistics for reports.
• Assist with ethics and compliance issues and investigations of patient complaints.
• Support committee meetings and other duties as assigned.
