Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 10 years healthcare related experience or 5 years with a bachelor's.
• Knowledge: quality management, continuous quality improvement, and regulatory standards.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Consult, educate, and interpret accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate Joint Commission tracers and readiness activities.
• Follow up on unanticipated complaint investigations.
• Assist leaders with quality data collection, accreditation, and survey preparation.
• Facilitate implementation teams related to accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Maintain service line facilitation of quality initiatives.
• Stay informed on current laws and standards and ensure compliance.
