Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a Program Manager, Accreditation, to coordinate hospital accreditation activities and ensure ongoing survey readiness across Fairview Hospital, affiliated organizations, and off-site facilities.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to implement targeted interventions that promote a culture of continuous survey readiness and support ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or related field with five years of related experience in Quality Management, Risk Management/Patient Safety and Performance Improvement.
• OR Associate’s degree with seven years of related experience.
• OR Master’s degree with four years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Develop, manage and maintain accreditation programs (TJC/ODH/CMS).
• Serve as primary resource for staff on accreditation requirements.
• Consult with departments on regulatory requirements and SOPs.
