Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with auditing coursework.
• Five years of experience examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting systems, records, and reports per GAAP; includes three years in advanced cost, systems, federal fund, or bond/loan accounting.
• Education may be substituted with 30 credit hours in accounting and related courses including 3 auditing hours.
• CPA or master's in accounting may substitute for one year of general accounting experience.
• One year of professional auditing experience may substitute for one year of general experience.
• U.S. Armed Forces accounting experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) Section with billing and collection of approximately $64 million annually.
• Assist in aging, collections, reconciliations, and CCU process.
