Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to help ensure all functions of a fast-paced office team are completed at our Mason, OH location. You will train staff, direct daily activities, and improve communication with customers and service teams while supporting month-end closings.

Emphasis on leadership, AR, invoicing, and collections with timely month-end completion. The role interfaces with service teams and subcontractors and requires adherence to corporate audit policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing, supervising or leading a team in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of accounting, banking and finance functions.
