Labcorp in Graham, NC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist I to join our team. The role supports billing and AR processes, researches payer back-ups, and ensures timely remittance processing in alignment with SOPs. The ideal candidate has related experience and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities include resolving aged AR, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more work experience.
• Accounts receivable, billing, office administration, data entry work experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access.

Labcorp is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist I to join our team at Graham NC.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

Responsibilities

• Research websites to obtain backup as needed
• Identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Ensure aged AR is handled according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance
• Remain flexible to everchanging priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more work experience

Additional Job Standards

Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
