Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance degree required or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or finance roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Proactively communicating with departments on problem accounts.
• Work with Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Provide timely responses to customer and employee information requests.
• Prepare information for month-end and quarter-end processes.
• Perform account reconciliation.
