Harris Computer is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist in Manchester, NH. The role focuses on invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance, with proactive cross-department communication to resolve problem accounts.

You will respond promptly to customer and employee information requests, prepare month-end and quarter-end data, and perform account reconciliations. A related accounting/finance education and AR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation
