Job summary

Responsibilities

• Track accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Investigate outstanding invoices and initiate collections or liens as needed.
• Perform audits to ensure accurate invoices and allocations.
• Assist technicians with residential financing approvals.
• Reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, and handle month-end duties.
• Generate and distribute financial reports and aging reports.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks.
