The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years manufacturing accounting, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Cadrex is seeking a Staff Accountant II to support the accounting operations of our Agawam, MA manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Controller, this role owns recurring general ledger and month-end close activities and supports inventory, cost accounting, and plant finance processes. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, is analytical and detail-oriented, and is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
