Job summary

Golden Nugget Atlantic City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage daily financial transactions, process payments, handle credit accounts, and reconcile gaming and non-gaming revenues. You will ensure accurate record-keeping and assist guests or corporate clients with billing inquiries.

Responsibilities include processing hotel AR details, maintaining files, preparing aged trial balance, and supporting the accounting team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in accounting department preferred.
• Active Casino Employee Registration or eligibility to obtain Credential from the NJ DGE.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and Golden Nugget policies.
• Deliver positive, courteous guest service in all interactions.
• Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Receive hotel accounts receivable detail and assist in balance reconciliation.
• Maintain files and post details as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in aged trial balance preparation and analysis of hotel receivables.
• Mail current hotel billings daily.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

They ensure accurate record-keeping, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist guests or corporate clients with billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Receives hotel accounts receivable detail supporting control figures daily.
• Maintains files and posts to detail as directed by supervisor.
• Assists in preparation of aged trial balance and analysis of hotel receivables.
• Mails out current hotel billings daily.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
