Position: Accounts Receivable Invoice and Collections Associate

The Accounts Receivable Invoice and Collections Associate will be responsible for applying received cash daily, researching cash application issues, entering invoices into the payable system, managing weekly cash disbursements, and other related duties.

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous accounting experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately apply payments and address discrepancies as needed
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external contacts via phone and email, including follow-ups
• Process invoicing, payments, and generate daily reports on discrepancies, tracking invoices, and managing incoming communications
• Keep detailed logs of pending issues and actions taken to resolve them
• Adapt to process improvements and automation updates
• Perform other duties as assigned
