Responsibilities

• Process customer accounts receivable invoices for service orders and other entities, ensuring correct sales tax.
• Post cash receipts including checks, cash, and credit card payments.
• Upload Use Tax amounts.
• Monitor AR Conference inbox and respond to inquiries via email and phone.
• Provide backup support for project invoicing and processing of lockbox and ACH receipts.
• Apply job costs to service orders.
• Print all company AP checks weekly and check requests daily.
• Process payroll deductions.
• Perform accurate general ledger reconciliations.
• Complete customer ACH forms and provide verification.
• Send monthly customer statements.

The Musco Accounting Team has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at our Oskaloosa office. This position will process Accounts Receivable invoices and post cash receipts and assist customers. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process customer accounts receivable invoices for service orders, Control Link, G&L, Oskaloosa Glass, Media Shop and MCG miscellaneous receivables, ensuring the appropriate sales tax is applied in accordance with current guidelines


• Process and post cash receipts including checks, cash and credit card payments


• Upload Use Tax amounts


• Monitor AR Conference inbox and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner


• Provide backup support for project invoicing and the processing of lockbox and ACH cash receipts


• Apply job costs to service orders


• Print all company AP checks weekly and check requests daily
