Qualifications

• Accounting, finance, or related field degree or coursework.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Proactively communicating with departments on problem accounts.
• Collaborate with Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Provide timely responses to customer and employee information requests.
• Prepare information required for month-end and quarter-end closes.
• Account reconciliation tasks as part of regular accounting duties.
