Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Process and post customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and aging reports.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collection efforts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Prepare AR and billing-related reports for management.
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.
