Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking an Accounts Receivable Customer Analyst to manage customer accounts and mitigate loss while reducing outstanding balances. You will investigate root causes, partner with customers and internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Key duties include collaborating with process partners to correct root causes, developing efficient work practices, and applying lean thinking to eliminate waste. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical expertise in managing partner portfolios to develop work processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Initiate communication with process partners to correct root causes, prevent re-occurrence and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with partner teams across levels to secure resolution of claims and solve root causes.
• Analyze current processes with partners and establish mutually beneficial improvements.
• Develop and leverage relationships to improve business processes.
• Provide guidance and assist in development of others.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
