Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote)

Campers Inn RV is a leading family‑operated RV dealership that has grown to become the nation’s largest family‑operated RV dealership with over 27 locations in 15 states. We focus on providing 5‑star customer service and creating career opportunities for our employees while improving the communities we serve.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a hybrid role that requires in‑office and non‑office work hours, located in Jacksonville, Florida. The position is full‑time (30+ hours per week) and offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.

Essential Job Functions

• Verify approval on all invoices and check requests.


• Code invoices.


• Prepare and process checks for multiple companies.


• Update and maintain vendor database.


• Process and enter 200–300 invoices per week.


• Audit and verify expense reports.


• Reconcile vendor statements.


• Process and follow up on rush items.


• Maintain accounts payable files.


• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.


• Experience:
  One year of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
