Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information.
• Properly route agreements, contracts, and invoices.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Work directly with other clerks on assigned tasks.
• Provide assistance with research and data entry.
• Organize and prioritize various projects and tasks.
• Plan and organize work assignments as required.
