Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa is seeking an Accounts Payable support professional to assist the Accounting Supervisor and the AP/GL functions across the property. You will help prepare cash requirements, perform month-end reconciliations, and review vendor transactions for discrepancies while upholding internal controls and procedures.

The role includes training A/P staff and supporting special projects, with an emphasis on accurate data entry and guest service within a casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of office experience; accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable and general ledger processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cash requirements for approval.
• Prepares month end reconciliation of A/P and General Ledger for approval.
• Advises Accounting Supervisor of vendor transaction inadequacies/discrepancies.
• Recommends processing and policy changes for Accounts Payable functions.
• Trains for all A/P team members.
• Reviews A/P compliance with internal controls and recommends corrective action.
• Assists with data entry and special projects.
• Provide excellent guest service.
