Join to apply for the Accounts Payable Specialist role at LHH

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable professional with experience and a desire for a long-term commitment.

Worksite Location: 100% Onsite in Broadview

Type: Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: $20-23/hour (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 8-5pm

Systems Used: Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, ERP

Responsibilities:

• Monitor A/P email account and print daily vendor invoices.
• Date stamp, scan direct ship invoices, and handle discount vendor invoices.
• Sort and distribute US mail for the department.
• Process vendor and EDI invoices through PO Verification.
• Create and process discount vendor invoice batches daily.
• Handle vendor and branch/shop inquiries via phone/email, resolving A/P issues and forwarding non-A/P inquiries appropriately.
• Communicate primarily via email.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
