Job summary

NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights is seeking an Accounts Payable/Resident Trust Bookkeeper with prior experience to join our team. The role involves vouchering invoices, preparing weekly check runs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate purchases.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be detail oriented and have good communication skills.
• Flexible regarding additional duties as they arise.
• Prior experience in accounts payable / resident trust bookkeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vouchering invoices and preparing weekly check runs.
• Communicating with vendors regarding purchases.
• Preparing month-end books for submission to home office.
• Maintaining resident patient accounts, receiving funds, making bank deposits, balancing statements and reporting to the Division of Family Services.
• May perform receptionist duties at front desk and other admin tasks as needed.
