Lifespark is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to support essential accounting cycles including accounts payable, expense management, and month-end close. This hybrid in-office/telecommuter role offers growth opportunities within our Accounting Department.
Responsibilities include full-cycle AP processing, payments, vendor management, and supporting the expense reimbursement platform. Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency are preferred.
The Accounts Payable Processor will serve as a key contributor to Lifespark’s Accounting Department, supporting essential accounting cycles such as accounts payable, expense management, and month-end close. In this Hybrid (In Office/Telecommuter) role, the responsibilities include full-cycle accounts payable processing and payments, monthly transaction imports, and assigned close activities. The position also provides broader transactional and administrative support to the department, with opportunities for professional development and growth into expanded responsibilities.
