Qualifications

Hamister Group, LLC, located in downtown Buffalo, is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager. Reporting to the VP & Controller, the selected candidate will oversee the AP staff and ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work with current AP staff to code and process payables.
• Provide guidance and consistency in general ledger expense account usage and reporting.
• Refine and formalize processes and procedures related to accounts payable.
• Administration of a third-party invoice management system

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of related accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Supervisor/Management with direct reports experience desired
• Must have working knowledge of General Accounting software and intermediate to advanced level Excel abilities.
• Experience with Hospitality property management systems or Senior Living billing systems is advantageous.
