SBM Management Services, LP in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to support and coordinate training for AP Technicians. This role includes reviewing and approving daily accounts payable processing and addressing escalations in coordination with management and procurement teams.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associates degree in Accounting or Finance and have 2–3 years of relevant experience, alongside strong GAAP knowledge.
Accounts Payable Escalation Specialist will support and coordinate AP Technicians training, review and approve daily accounts payable processing and support escalations to work through resolution with manager and procurement teams.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Education: Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a four‑year college or university with 2–3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificate: valid driver’s license may be required.

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Ensures employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
Regularly required to sit. Frequently requires walking and use of hands. Occasionally required to stand. Noise level usually quiet.
