Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in multi-family, student housing, and affordable housing property management and accounting.
• Proficient with accounting concepts and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable including invoice processing and vendor set-up.
• Assist with month-end processes and financial packages.
• Prepare and present monthly bank reconciliation reports.
• Perform cash reconciliation and account verification.
