Astound is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator I to maintain relationships with internal and external customers and process invoices with discipline and accuracy. You will handle PO and non-PO invoices, route for coding, and ensure a 3-way match while supporting the AP Manager on research and projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in high-volume AP, proficiency in Excel and financial systems, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Great Plains Financial Software and ReqLogic preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
