Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Accounts Payable emails for vendor invoices and organize them by cost center.
• Maintain receiving documents to match with corresponding invoices for payment.
• Verify invoices against receiving documents before posting for payment; communicate with Replenishment for approval and resolve issues.
• Monitor monthly vendor statements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment details.
• Post monthly commissions for payment and email commission statements to representatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and think analytically.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $20.63 per hour

Estimated ranges are displayed as monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentive plans. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; starting wages may vary based on location.
