• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Available to work 30-35 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and timely processing of invoices into ERP system.
• Research and resolve invoice/payment inquiries.
• Prepare supplier reconciliations.
• Supplier database research.
• Respond to miscellaneous supplier invoice and payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close process, as needed.
• Administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assists with ad hoc analysis and projects.
• All other duties as assigned.
