Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group in Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Accounts Payable professional to support vendor reconciliation, match PO invoices, and process payments.

You will collaborate with Parts managers to resolve discrepancies and assist with rush items while maintaining accurate records and timely processing.

• Experience reconciling vendor statements and processing invoices.
• Ability to match purchase orders to invoices and process payments.
• Strong communication to resolve discrepancies with procurement.

• Assist with other projects as needed.
