Lakeside Foods Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate at our Manitowoc Corporate Office. You will ensure accurate vendor payments, maintain clean financial data, and keep business processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of accounting or AP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices with precision and confidentiality.
• Review contracts and process grower settlements, charges, credits, and check runs.
• Reconcile invoices for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, freight, storage, and utilities.
• Match invoices to agreements and ensure rates, terms, and GL coding are correct.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure proper tax documentation.
• Assist with check runs, wires, manual checks, and stop payments.
• Reconcile AP accounts to the General Ledger monthly.
• Step in as backup for other AP functions when needed.

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure vendors are paid correctly, financial data is rock‑solid, and the business keeps moving without a hitch.

What You’ll Be Doing
