Inszone Insurance Services in Lakewood, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage the full-cycle AP process, including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and timely payments. The role requires independent work, strong accounting knowledge, and detail orientation.

The position is onsite in Lakewood, CA with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life, 401(k) matching, HSA, and more to support employees and dependents.

Competenze

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AP best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.) and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross‑department collaboration.

Job description –Accounts Payable Associate

Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle accounts payable process. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and related financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and required approvals.
• Enter invoices into the accounting/ERP system in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AP best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.) and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross‑department collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
