AV is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage day-to-day AP activities across business segments. You will train staff, resolve issues, and oversee invoice entry and payment processing to ensure proper coding, approvals, and timeliness.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Accounts Payable and help drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. This role requires collaboration across teams and hands-on supervision.
The Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor will support the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable function within both the Space, Cyber & Directed Energy (SC&DE) and Autonomous Systems (AxS) business segments. In this role, The AP Supervisor will report to AV’s Sr. Manager, Accounts Payable and assist the Accounts Payable staff with training, problem resolution, and monitoring daily activity.
