Accounting & Tax Manager in Agribusiness Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their business and objectives

• Deliver creative client solutions to complex accounting, tax, and business issues within Ag and other industries

• Apply accounting, advisory, and tax expertise to effectively support client and firm needs

• Lead, plan, oversee, and execute client engagements to ensure outstanding service, within appropriate budgeting and job realizations

• Connect clients with additional internal or external specialists as needed

• Delegate tasks, set clear goals, provide necessary resources, remove obstacles, and manage schedules to ensure efficient, timely completion of projects

• Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth, development, and performance

• Participate in firm growth initiatives and client account development to generate new client revenue and expand revenue from existing clients

• Stay up to date on public accounting and Agribusiness industry developments

Accounting & Tax Manager in Agribusiness Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on accounting and tax

• 2+ years as an in‑charge or lead advisor in public accounting supporting Agribusiness clients

• CPA license with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed personal charge hour goals and promote efficiency and productivity within the team
