Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of technical accounting or bookkeeping experience, with at least one year at full-proficiency level.

• Ability to evaluate performance and ensure staff development and fairness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, evaluate, and delegate duties to Audit and Adjustment staff.
• Monitor performance and oversee accounting audit and adjustment activities.
• Plan short and long-term goals and develop staffing plans.
• Assign duties, coordinate workflow with other units, and control resources.
• Ensure efficient completion of activities through staff performance.
