Jobot is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee core accounting operations and lead a high-performing team in a close, controls‑driven environment. You will mentor staff, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive process improvements across GAAP reporting and internal controls.

The role emphasizes hands‑on closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement in a manufacturing/AD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (direct or indirect).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred. Public accounting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financials.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Oversee general ledger activity, accruals, and estimates.
• Support audit activities (internal & external).
• Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Partner cross-functionally to support reporting and financial analysis.
