Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and other accounting duties.
• Work effectively in a deadline-driven environment and support team growth.
• Process and reconcile various accounting documents such as invoices, billings, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal entries.
• Review and code financial information, customer payments, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Contribute to team efforts by sharing responsibilities and achieving results.
• Assist the Controller with Month-End close, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation of cross-training and work in a small office environment.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain accounting controls.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by reviewing account information.
• Follow internal controls to ensure financial security.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in an Accounting Department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Strong task management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
