RNInk is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and partner with the Controller. You will lead the accounting staff, manage the month-end close, oversee inventory reconciliations, and support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.

Reports To: Controller

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and partner with our client’s Controller. You will lead the accounting staff, manage month‑end close, oversee inventory reconciliations, and support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise staff, answer technical questions, and guide daily workflow.

Financial Close: Prepare and review journal entries, conduct inventory counts/reconciliations, and generate month‑end reports.

Tax & Compliance: Prepare sales & use tax returns, enforce internal controls, and maintain strict data confidentiality.

Process Improvement: Analyze financial options, assist with corporate accounting initiatives, and lead special projects.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports.

Proven financial reporting skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred:

CPA/CMA license (or eligibility to sit for exams).

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP software.
