Qualifications

• On track to meet CPA eligibility requirements.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; reliable transportation for client visits.
• Able to work 25–30 hours per week for 10 weeks (early June–mid August).

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams in delivering timely, accurate work that meets client expectations.
• Prepare clear, well-organized workpapers contributing to engagement execution.
• Observe client meetings to refine professional communication and client service standards.
• Apply developing tax, assurance, and accounting knowledge under supervision; use PBMares-approved AI tools with human review.
