Job summary

Versova is seeking an Accounting Specialist I to provide basic support to the accounting team, handling simple financial tasks and data entry under close supervision.

You will enter data, file documents, assist with invoices, match POs to receipts, and help with accounts payable and receivable. This is an entry-level role in a collaborative office environment with room to learn and grow. Regular tasks include preparing and mailing checks and performing light office duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• 0-1 years of general office, internship, or part-time work experience
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
