Job summary

Versova is seeking an Accounting Specialist I to provide basic support to the accounting team. You will assist with simple financial tasks and data entry under supervision.

Responsibilities include entering data into spreadsheets, filing documents, supporting invoices, and assisting accounts payable/receivable. This is an entry-level role with learning opportunities and exposure to a supportive accounting environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of general office, internship, or part-time work experience.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
