The Office of Revenue Management is under the Assistant Secretary for Administration located at The Department of Children and Families (DCF) Headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida. This Office is comprised of four units responsible for federal cost allocation and reporting, cash management, and revenue forecasting.
The Cash Management Unit is responsible for daily cash management and federal draws, investing and liquidating accounts, revenue monitoring, non-operating transfers, and cash receipts.
This is a professional position performing highly responsible technical and operational analysis functions in the Office of Revenue Management within the Cash Management Unit. The incumbent in this position will be expected to function independently and with minimal supervision to perform complex tasks. Occasional overtime may be required. Time work will be adequately compensated.
Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. If no bachelor’s degree: High School diploma or GED equivalent and at least 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, business, and/or data analysis; or an associate’s degree with a focus in accounting and/or business and at least 2 years’ experience in similar fields.
