Qualifications

• 5–8 years of accounting, internal controls, or risk advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of control design and process risk assessment.
• Experience documenting processes with narratives and flowcharts.
• Experience with automation of manual activities encouraged.
• Ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain end-to-end financial and operational processes with owners.
• Develop and maintain detailed process narratives for key business cycles.
• Create and update process flowcharts and workflow maps illustrating end-to-end processes and controls.
• Assess existing processes to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Recommend practical internal controls to address identified risks and improve the control environment.
• Advise process owners on control design, implementation, and improvements.
• Propose and help implement process enhancements, including automation of manual activities.
• Support standardization of process and control documentation across the organization.
• Monitor control effectiveness and assist in evolving internal audit readiness.
