Qualified candidates should have 7–10 years in accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, Excel expertise, and experience with

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting and US GAAP
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams to ensure work aligns with scope
• Maintain client communications and timelines
• Supervise Senior Accountants, Staff and Interns; provide training
• Review work and delegate tasks to team members
• Lead business development activities and client proposals
• Travel to client sites or other firm offices as needed
