Kim Management is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day and multi-restaurant accounting across Nuri Steakhouse, JOA Korean BBQ, and Flock & Fresh. The role involves month-end close, GL, reconciliations, inventory, tax reporting, and financial statement preparation, partnering with leadership to drive insights and scalable controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit food & beverage accounting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, concepts, or legal entities preferred.
• Experience owning a complete month-end close process with limited administrative support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple concepts and entities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and other GL activity.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant and consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Review monthly performance by restaurant/concept and identify trends and variances.
• Coordinate with payroll and vendor/payable processes to ensure accurate postings and controls.
