Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee AP, AR, and Trust & Retainer accounting. You will supervise team members, ensure financial accuracy, and work closely with treasury to optimize cash management.

The role requires an active CPA license, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and 5+ years of accounting experience including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. Join a large Western firm committed to excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with banking platforms and expense management systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Trust & Retainer accounting functions.
• Lead monthly check-ins with AR, AP, and Trust & Retainer teams.
• Review and sign vendor forms for new client relationships.
• Approve ACH payments and manage funds flow to vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with Accounting Director on cash positioning and daily cash picture.
