Job summary

Unify Consulting in Seattle is seeking a motivated Accounting Manager to join their Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of F&A and Senior Accountant, manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities, and demonstrate attention to detail while upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities include month-end close, preparation and review of journal entries, and analyzing overdue receivables. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience and strong GAAP knowledge, along with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like SAGE Intacct and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• CPA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Own the close timeline, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and other monthly reporting requirements.
