Accounting Manager – Client Advisory Services (CAS)

The Client Advisory Services (CAS) Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance for a diverse client base, and providing guidance for the team.

This role can be based out of any of our four offices – Brookfield, Madison, Lake Geneva or Mequon.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and professional development of a team of accounting professionals, including staff and senior accountants.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to support and engage team members.
• Foster an inclusive and high‑performing team environment that aligns with the firm’s values.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Oversee and review client engagements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Review work prepared by team members to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to firm and professional standards.
• Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Oversee preparation of the firm’s activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Develop and document the firm’s internal accounting procedures.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
