Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location, multi-entity operations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations and entities.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for all locations.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with FP&A and operations teams.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Manage internal and external audits and GAAP compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff across locations.
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to support location-level financial performance.

This role will oversee accounting operations across multiple locations and entities, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and lead process improvements as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations and legal entities.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for all locations.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts in partnership with FP&A and operations teams.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications
